If you need to cancel a scheduled flower bed or balcony arrangement service, please contact Extraordinaryinv at least 48 hours before the scheduled service date. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Refunds for completed installation services are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us within 7 days of service completion to discuss your concerns.
Monthly care plans can be cancelled at any time with 30 days written notice. You will continue to receive services for the remainder of the current billing period.
If plants installed by Extraordinaryinv fail to thrive within 90 days of installation due to issues with our installation or plant selection, we will replace them at no additional cost.
